Antonio Estevan Huerta


A 'Living, breathing, songwriting piece of luggage catapulted 'round the globe delivering his songs to tha people'

At the age of 14, Antonio Estevan Huerta, began his rock 'n roll journey in his hometown of Houston, Texas, fronting the late 80's/early 90's rock band Sister Moon. After years of local gigs and regional touring, the band relocated to Austin, Texas. By the late 90's, Antonio found himself a resident of New York City. On the eve of the new millennium, the decision was made to take the reins as a solo artist. His debut EP, 'Mused Here', was released in September 2001. Many miles later, Antonio has performed in Iceland, Sweden, Japan, Spain, Northern Ireland, Costa Rica, France, Poland, England, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Serbia, Czech Republic, Scotland, Croatia and Canada. Currently trotting the globe promoting his debut LP 'Your Shrine', produced by Brooklyn based, Gold record awardees Super Buddha (Debbie Harry, Rufus Wainwright, Scissor Sisters). As well as traversing the globe, marathon running and lending vocals to many projects such as L.A.'s Speedbuggy's 'Round Up' CD (Cargo Records), Antonio has recorded vocals for the forthcoming film, Skeletons, a futuristic, apocalyptic motion picture produced in the Czech Republic, scheduled for a 2008 release. Three A.E.H. songs have also been featured in the newly released Swedish rottweiler documentary, Global Rotts.
